The pupils in Oak Class had great fun learning about water and job roles on a construction site. They learned about what we use water for, how it is cleaned and played a game sorting objects that should and shouldn’t be flushed down the toilet. They also enjoyed role-playing a builder, construction manager, quantity surveyor and a technician. They worked together to build, measure and join pipes so that the ball (representing water) could travel through the pipes. They are looking forward to exploring the construction toys and water play toys over the next couple of weeks.
